Douglas Edward Miller

Douglas Edward Miller was born in 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville undergraduate business school and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1977. Doug worked for C. Lee Cook Division of Dover Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky for 6 years after graduation from college. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville in 1983 and has practiced law in this commonwealth for the last 25 years.

Doug is admitted to practice in all Kentucky state trial and appellate courts; Federal District Court and Bankruptcy Courts; 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the senior partner in the law partnership of Miller & Durban. Doug has an active general practice, concentrating in domestic relations, criminal defense, personal injury and bankruptcy.

Doug is the incorporator and initial board member of Kensington Place Homeowner's Association. He has served in the past as a board member and officer of the Hardin County Bar Association. Doug is active in St. Raphael Church, serving in the past as mock trial mentor, basketball, baseball, football, soccer and golf coaches; cub scout den leader; and Men's Club Officer. In addition, Doug is a member of the Radcliff Rotary Club, Lion's Club and Radcliff Chamber of Commerce.

Doug is married to Susan Straub Miller and they have 4 children. He is an accomplished golfer and pianist and enjoys most outdoor sports with his family and friends.
